Terms of Use
The site presents public information, prototypes under development, methodological evidence and the entry point to professional services under contract. Use of the site constitutes acceptance of these terms. Last updated: 2026-04-28.
1 · Acceptance of terms
By accessing, navigating or using BioVoxel.Earth, the user agrees to be bound by these general terms. Users who do not agree should refrain from using the site.
2 · Provider identity
The site is operated by BioVoxel.Earth, a company domiciled in Panama, Republic of Panama. General contact: contacto@biovoxel.earth.
3 · Nature of the content
Content is provided for informational, strategic, editorial and commercial purposes. Some pieces are explicitly marked as prototype, beta, hypothesis or simulated data; those labels are operational and must be respected when citing or referencing the material.
4 · Not professional advice
Information published on BioVoxel.Earth does not in itself constitute legal, financial, regulatory, certified environmental advice or binding technical opinion. Critical decisions should rely on subsequent agreements, audits and specific processes with qualified professional advice.
5 · Intellectual property
Texts, graphics, maps, analytical structures, formulas, atlases, dossiers, marks, prototypes, photographs, datasets, code and other site materials belong to BioVoxel.Earth, its collaborators or respective owners. They may not be reused, redistributed, cited beyond permitted academic attribution or commercially exploited without express authorization.
6 · Datasets under open license
Datasets explicitly published under CC-BY-4.0 license (Observatorio DIA Panama v1.0, LEX_AMBIENTAL_PAN public layer, etc.) may be reused according to that license terms, citing authorship and source. Open licensing applies only to public layers marked as such; it does not extend to the client layer, TMD critical layer or NDA dossiers.
7 · Permitted use
Reading, browsing, academic citation with proper attribution, linking to public pages, downloading the public manifest and openly licensed datasets, capturing for non-commercial purposes with attribution, professional contact and requesting briefings or institutional conversations.
8 · Prohibited use
Prohibited uses include: (a) reusing content to build competing products or services presented as original; (b) modifying, translating or adapting content without authorization; (c) extracting data via massive automated scraping beyond what robots.txt allows; (d) impersonating BioVoxel.Earth or its marks; (e) using the site or its data for unlawful, fraudulent purposes or violating third-party rights.
9 · Atlas Sala (Dossier Hall) and NDA modules
Access to the Atlas Sala and to pieces marked as qualified, under NDA or client-layer requires specific contractual agreement. Terms of each access (scope, duration, confidentiality, use license, watermark) are defined in the corresponding invitation or contract document and prevail over these general terms for the accessed piece.
10 · Professional consulting services
A strategic briefing request does not by itself create a contractual relationship or service obligation on the part of BioVoxel.Earth. Any subsequent professional service is governed by a separate specific contract.
11 · Limitation of liability
BioVoxel.Earth is offered without explicit warranty of continuous availability, total absence of errors or final accuracy of figures and approximations marked as prototypes. The liability of BioVoxel.Earth and its collaborators is limited to what applicable law provides and, in case of contractual relationship, to what is expressly agreed.
12 · Service and terms modifications
The operator may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the site, its public datasets or its consulting services without prior notice. These terms may be updated periodically; material modifications will be communicated through visible notice on the site. Last updated date appears at the beginning.
13 · Privacy and personal data
Processing of personal data collected through the site (forms, analytics, cookies, advertising tags) is governed by the Privacy Policy published at /legal/privacy. That policy forms an integral part of these terms.
14 · Jurisdiction and applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. For any dispute arising from use of the site, the parties submit to the competent courts of Panama City, unless a subsequent contractual agreement designates a different forum.
