Refraction of Environmental Impact Assessment
TMD refraction of EIA for megabiodiverse countries. H3 r=8 UTB resolution, geophysical/biotic/sociocultural triple temporality, SOCIO as sentinel axis, tensor output GEO_e ⊗ BIO_i ⊗ SI_o. Replaces project polygon with navigable biovoxel layer, single metric with HD/IC/HT/HS evidence semaphore.

ESG framework for megabiodiverse issuers and sovereigns
TMD refraction of the ESG framework. Environmental asset metric, decarbonocentrification of E, SOCIO as leading variable, data governance under host State sovereignty. Distinguishes companies operating in megabiodiversity from those operating with megabiodiversity as extractive input.
